Finance and Audit Standing Committee
Charge: The Finance and Audit Standing Committee (FASC) has the overall responsibility to review and recommend action(s) to the Board of Directors, as necessary, regarding the following: CEC’s annual program plan and budget, monthly financial statements, quarterly investments performance, insurance coverages, investment policy(ies), and annually required documents (e.g., audit, IRS Form 990), and to consult with CEC staff regarding the development and revision of CEC’s Business Plan.
