In this session, we’ll give an overview of the new web ecosystem and how web content can link across sites, boosting the reach of your organization. Then we’ll walk through a digital communications campaign together, and take a look at how to find a few minutes a day to keep engaged in social media circles.

Using an unconference model we will select 15 small group discussions for you to interact with other attendees, learn from each other, and plot out strategies for the coming year on a topic of your choice.

Membership isn’t just “build it and they will come.” Members must be walked through the membership cycle and you must have a strategy for approaching the cycle. Walk away from this session with a plan for how you will recruit, onboard, engage, retain, and reinstate your members and how you will do it in conjunction with CEC’s efforts on your behalf.
